U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has made a commitment to support its obligation under Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended to ensure the accessibility of its programs and activities to individuals with disabilities, specifically its obligation to acquire accessible electronic and information technology. To support this effort, this site has been designed and tested to ensure accessibility. In addition, the site has been tested using the agency’s existing standard assistive technologies.
